Introduction
Harapan Indah, a leading financial services provider operating throughout the Jabodetabekser region, is seeking a diligent and detail‑oriented Admin Channeling Bisnis to join our Business Channeling team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that business‑originated loan applications are accurately captured, processed, and moved efficiently through our credit approval workflow. The successful candidate will work closely with sales, credit analysts, and the Survey Operations Center (SOC) to deliver a seamless experience for our customers while upholding the highest standards of data integrity and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Promptly follow up on incoming orders from the Business Channeling source, confirming receipt and acknowledging the customer.
- Collect, verify, and enter complete consumer and financing object data into the ACCTION system, ensuring all required fields are populated.
- Perform data entry of order information received through the dicicilaja platform, maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
- Review credit applications against RAC (Risk Assessment Criteria) and consumer grading outcomes, flagging any discrepancies for further review.
- Communicate credit approval status to applicants via phone or email, providing clear explanations of next steps.
- Generate and dispatch survey orders to the SOC, tracking progress and confirming completion.
- Coordinate with the Senior Home Credit (SHC) team to resolve pending issues, update status, and ensure smooth handover of active cases.
- Maintain an organized electronic archive of all submitted documents, supporting audit readiness and regulatory compliance.
- Prepare daily and weekly operational reports that summarize order volumes, processing times, and exception cases.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, suggesting enhancements to the order‑entry workflow and data validation rules.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a diploma in business administration or finance is a plus.
- Age not exceeding 30 years.
- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative, data‑entry, or credit‑processing role, preferably within a financial services environment.
- Proficient computer skills, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and experience with loan management systems such as ACCTION.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of personal integrity; ability to handle confidential customer information responsibly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of interacting professionally with customers, internal teams, and external partners.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess documentation for completeness and accuracy.
- Team‑player attitude, comfortable collaborating across departments and managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Flexibility to work the standard schedule of Monday‑Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00, with occasional overtime during peak periods.
