Adira Finance is seeking a dynamic Relationship Officer to join our team in Sintang, Kalimantan. This role is a cornerstone of our vehicle financing business, responsible for building and nurturing relationships with both existing and prospective customers. Responsibilities
- Conduct direct and telephone‑based marketing of vehicle financing products, tailoring solutions to meet individual customer needs.
- Manage and optimize all available distribution channels, including branch networks, partner dealerships, and digital platforms.
- Perform thorough consumer surveys and market research to identify trends, assess creditworthiness, and gauge product demand.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads, ensuring consistent follow‑up and conversion to approved financing agreements.
- Collaborate with underwriting to expedite loan approvals while adhering to risk‑management policies.
- Prepare detailed proposals, negotiate terms, and close financing contracts with a focus on meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
- Provide post‑sale support, addressing customer inquiries, handling amendments, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Report daily and weekly activity metrics to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and actionable insights.
- Stay up‑to‑date with industry regulations, competitive offerings, and emerging financing technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (all majors accepted); fresh graduates are welcome.
- Maximum age: 30 years.
- Gender: Male (as per local hiring policy).
- At least 1 year of experience in vehicle financing, automotive sales, or a related financial services role; relevant experience is a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of the multifinance business model and a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- High level of integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Proficiency in sales management, customer‑oriented selling techniques, and ability to interpret credit data.
- Willingness to work at the Adira Finance office that matches the candidate’s domicile.
- Work schedule: Monday‑Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
