Introduction
We are seeking a diligent Staff Accounting and Financial Administration professional to join our growing finance team. This entry‑level role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with a solid foundation in bookkeeping who are eager to develop their expertise in corporate finance, compliance, and administrative support. Responsibilities
- Maintain and update daily cash books, general ledger entries, and subsidiary ledgers with precision.
- Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and payment vouchers, ensuring timely and accurate disbursements.
- Assist in month‑end and year‑end closing activities, including journal entry preparation, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.
- Support the preparation of financial statements, management reports, and tax filings in coordination with senior accountants.
- Monitor and record petty cash transactions, bank deposits, and bank reconciliations on a regular basis.
- Coordinate with internal departments to collect and verify supporting documentation for financial transactions.
- Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital financial records, guaranteeing compliance with audit requirements.
- Utilize Microsoft Office suite—especially Excel for data analysis, Word for documentation, and PowerPoint for presenting financial summaries to management.
- Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and handling correspondence related to finance.
- Participate in internal audits and implement corrective actions based on audit findings.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a diploma in Accounting (SMK Akuntansi) is strongly preferred.
- Age range: 19–26 years old, though we welcome qualified candidates beyond this range.
