Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate service to every customer, handling orders, inquiries, and special requests with a smile.
- Prepare a full range of menu items—including grilled chicken, salads, sides, and beverages—following standardized recipes and food safety protocols.
- Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system efficiently, process cash and electronic payments, and generate daily sales reports for management review.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment by performing regular cleaning tasks, monitoring food storage temperatures, and adhering to health‑department regulations.
- Collaborate with team members during shift changes, share responsibilities for stock replenishment, and assist in inventory checks.
- Identify opportunities to upsell promotional items and suggest pairings that enhance the guest experience.
- Participate in briefings and training sessions to stay updated on new menu introductions, safety procedures, and customer service best practices.
- Handle occasional overtime and flexible shift schedules, including weekends and public holidays, to meet business demand.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; candidates with at least a junior high school (SMP) background are also welcome.
- Age between 24 and 35 years old.
- Residency in or near Mega Regency, Cibarusah, or Jonggol preferred for convenient commute.
- At least 1 year of experience in food service, retail, or hospitality, demonstrating familiarity with kitchen operations and cash handling.
- Strong interpersonal skills: honesty, hard work, responsibility, and a positive attitude toward teamwork.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, multitask, and remain composed under pressure.
- Basic proficiency in administration tasks, including daily reporting and inventory logging.
- Commitment to religious observance as a practicing Muslim (optional cultural fit, not a legal requirement).
- Flexibility to work shift patterns from 08:00 – 16:00, Monday through Saturday, with the possibility of overtime.
