Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential new borrowers, presenting Amartha’s capital‑lending programs and encouraging enrollment.
- Provide ongoing economic counseling and support to existing members, helping them manage finances and improve household income.
- Conduct on‑site surveys and feasibility analyses of loan applications, adhering strictly to Amartha’s underwriting policies, risk criteria, and procedural guidelines.
- Prepare detailed reports on borrower eligibility, creditworthiness, and repayment capacity for internal review.
- Execute timely collection activities, including reminder calls, visits, and coordination with the collections team to ensure repayments are made on schedule.
- Maintain accurate field records, update the customer relationship management (CRM) system, and submit daily activity logs to supervisors.
- Collaborate with local community leaders, cooperatives, and partner organizations to build trust and expand the network of prospective clients.
- Participate in regular training sessions, skill‑building workshops, and performance reviews to continuously improve service quality.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age range: 18‑30 years (maximum 33 years for consideration).
- Gender: Open to all genders; female candidates are preferred.
- Own reliable personal transportation (motorcycle or car) to travel across the Purwakarta area.
- Strong personal integrity, honesty, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
- Resilience, discipline, and the ability to work independently in a field environment.
- Basic digital literacy and analytical ability for assessing loan applications.
- No prior experience required; fresh graduates or candidates with prior field sales or community outreach experience are welcome.
