Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Service Cleaning Staff Member to join our dynamic facilities management team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and clients across our corporate offices and service areas. The position offers a full‑time schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, providing a stable routine and the opportunity to develop professional cleaning expertise in a supportive, teamwork‑oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning and sanitation of office spaces, restrooms, conference rooms, hallways, and common areas according to established checklists.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor polishers, steam cleaners, and carpet extractors safely and efficiently.
- Manage waste disposal, recycling, and hazardous material handling in compliance with local health and safety regulations.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify and report maintenance issues, spills, or safety hazards to the facilities supervisor.
- Restock supplies (paper towels, soaps, cleaning agents) and maintain inventory logs to ensure uninterrupted service.
- Coordinate with other departments to schedule deep‑cleaning projects, event setup, and post‑event cleanup without disrupting business operations.
- Adhere to company policies on confidentiality, professionalism, and customer service while interacting with staff and visitors.
- Assist in training new team members on best practices, proper chemical handling, and equipment usage.
- Work under pressure during peak periods, such as end‑of‑day turnovers or special events, while maintaining quality standards.
- Document completed tasks in daily logs and communicate any deviations from standard procedures to management.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of professional cleaning experience; 2 years preferred for specialized tasks.

- Strong communication skills; ability to follow instructions and provide clear updates.
- Demonstrated honesty, reliability, and a sense of responsibility in previous roles.
