Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated Service Cleaning Staff Member to join our dynamic facilities management team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and clients across our corporate offices and service areas. The ideal candidate will bring a strong work ethic, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in fast‑paced, high‑traffic settings while delivering consistent, high‑quality cleaning services.

The position offers a full‑time schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, providing a stable routine and the opportunity to develop professional cleaning expertise in a supportive, teamwork‑oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily cleaning and sanitation of office spaces, restrooms, conference rooms, hallways, and common areas according to established checklists.
  • Operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor polishers, steam cleaners, and carpet extractors safely and efficiently.
  • Manage waste disposal, recycling, and hazardous material handling in compliance with local health and safety regulations.
  • Conduct routine inspections to identify and report maintenance issues, spills, or safety hazards to the facilities supervisor.
  • Restock supplies (paper towels, soaps, cleaning agents) and maintain inventory logs to ensure uninterrupted service.
  • Coordinate with other departments to schedule deep‑cleaning projects, event setup, and post‑event cleanup without disrupting business operations.
  • Adhere to company policies on confidentiality, professionalism, and customer service while interacting with staff and visitors.
  • Assist in training new team members on best practices, proper chemical handling, and equipment usage.
  • Work under pressure during peak periods, such as end‑of‑day turnovers or special events, while maintaining quality standards.
  • Document completed tasks in daily logs and communicate any deviations from standard procedures to management.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of professional cleaning experience; 2 years preferred for specialized tasks.
  • Open to all genders; a respectful and inclusive attitude toward colleagues and clients.
  • Strong communication skills; ability to follow instructions and provide clear updates.
  • Demonstrated honesty, reliability, and a sense of responsibility in previous roles.
  • Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Capability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
  • Comfortable working under time constraints and handling unexpected situations calmly.
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals, safety data sheets (SDS), and proper PPE usage.
  • Flexibility to adjust schedules for occasional overtime or weekend work when required.
