Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, identify their needs, and provide tailored product recommendations for electronics, gadgets, and related accessories.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits, conducting hands‑on demonstrations when appropriate.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through effective upselling and cross‑selling techniques.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring that merchandise is stocked, labeled, and displayed according to company standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and process returns or exchanges in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with inventory and logistics teams to ensure product availability and timely replenishment.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay up‑to‑date with the latest product releases, industry trends, and sales strategies.
- Record sales transactions accurately using the point‑of‑sale (POS) system and generate reports as required.
- Assist in organizing promotional events, product launches, and seasonal sales campaigns to drive foot traffic and brand awareness.
- Adhere to company policies, including maintaining an active SKCK (police clearance) and complying with health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in consumer electronics or retail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and interactive demeanor.
- Strong negotiation abilities and a results‑driven mindset.
- Good knowledge of electronic devices, gadgets, and emerging technology trends.
- Ability to work flexible hours, Monday through Sunday, from 08:30 to 17:00.
- Willingness to be stationed in the Sidoarjo area.
- Active SKCK (police clearance) or willingness to obtain one promptly.
