Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Anggota Tim Produksi (Pembuat Roti) to join our fast‑growing bakery operation. The successful candidate will specialize in the handcrafted production of our signature Donat Bahagia, ensuring every batch meets the highest standards of taste, texture, and visual appeal. This role is essential to maintaining the consistent quality that our customers expect and love.
Responsibilities
- Prepare dough for Donat Bahagia manually, following precise recipes and timing guidelines.
- Weigh and shape dough portions accurately using manual techniques to guarantee uniform size and weight.
- Operate deep‑fat fryers safely, monitoring oil temperature and frying time to achieve the perfect golden crust.
- Conduct routine cleaning of the production area, equipment, and workstations to uphold hygiene standards and comply with food safety regulations.
- Assist in mixing and proofing processes, ensuring proper fermentation and dough development.
- Maintain accurate production logs, recording batch numbers, yields, and any deviations from standard procedures.
- Collaborate with the quality control team to perform visual and sensory checks, promptly addressing any inconsistencies.
- Support inventory management by notifying supervisors of ingredient shortages and assisting in stock rotation.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting process enhancements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates only (as per operational safety guidelines).
- Age not exceeding 30 years.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in a bakery environment, specifically with mixing, proofing, and rounding dough.
- Proficiency in operating commercial mixers, dough cutters, and deep‑fat fryers.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work a shift from 06:00 to 16:30, seven days a week.
- Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail for consistent product quality.
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe workplace, adhering to HACCP and local food safety standards.
