Responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and industry best practices.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate a multidisciplinary team including floor staff, kitchen personnel, and junior managers, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Develop and implement operational SOPs, inventory controls, and cost‑management strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining quality.
- Analyze sales data, labor reports, and customer feedback to identify trends and drive actionable improvements.
- Coordinate with the culinary team to align menu offerings with operational capabilities and seasonal demand.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee procurement to ensure timely delivery of high‑quality supplies.
- Plan and execute staff scheduling, training programs, and performance reviews to maintain optimal staffing levels and employee engagement.
- Ensure consistent brand representation and customer experience across all service touchpoints.
- Prepare regular operational reports for senior leadership, highlighting key performance indicators and recommending strategic initiatives.
- Act as the primary point of contact during emergencies, handling incidents with composure and effective problem‑solving.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred for managerial candidates.
- At least 3–5 years of progressive experience in F&B or restaurant operations, with a proven track record in supervisory or managerial roles.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in using POS systems, inventory software, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and verbal.
- High level of integrity, honesty, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Flexibility to work a Monday‑Saturday schedule, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional overtime during peak periods or special events.
