Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Team Leader Operasional Proyek Strategis to spearhead the acquisition and development of strategic accounts across educational institutions, community organizations, government agencies, and small‑medium enterprises (UMKM). This role sits at the intersection of business development, project management, and relationship building, providing a critical link between our banking services and the broader community. The successful candidate will lead a small team, design and execute acquisition programs, and cultivate long‑term partnerships that drive both financial inclusion and revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Design, launch, and manage comprehensive account acquisition programs targeting schools, community groups, and other key stakeholders.
- Conduct thorough market research and on‑site surveys to identify high‑potential prospects and assess their specific needs.
- Present and negotiate collaborative initiatives such as financial literacy workshops, simple banking solutions, and new account openings.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with government bodies, private institutions, and local NGOs to facilitate smooth program implementation.
- Prepare regular progress reports, complete with supporting documentation, to keep senior management informed of milestones and challenges.
- Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of business partners and associate teams.
- Develop and expand a robust network of partnership opportunities that align with regional business potential and corporate objectives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as account conversion rates, customer satisfaction scores, and revenue targets, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to junior staff, fostering a collaborative, high‑performance culture.
- Ensure compliance with all internal policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards throughout project execution.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, provided they demonstrate strong motivation and a willingness to learn.
- Valid driver’s license (SIM) and personal vehicle for field visits.
- Extensive network of contacts within schools, governmental agencies, community groups, and UMKM.
- Proven ability to develop business opportunities and lead teams toward achieving set goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and, ideally, basic English.
- Strong analytical mindset with the capacity to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer‑centric attitude.
- Flexibility to work Monday‑Friday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional travel to client sites.
