Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Manajer Media Sosial dan Konten Digital to join our fast‑growing digital marketing team. This role is pivotal in shaping the online voice of our brand across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging social channels. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller with a solid grasp of visual design, copywriting, and data‑driven optimization, ready to lead content strategy in a vibrant, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media content calendar that aligns with brand objectives and seasonal campaigns.
  • Produce eye‑catching visual assets (photos, graphics, short‑form videos) using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
  • Write compelling captions and copy that resonate with target audiences, maintain brand tone, and encourage engagement.
  • Monitor platform trends, algorithm updates, and competitor activity to continuously refine content tactics and boost reach.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure cohesive messaging and cross‑functional alignment.
  • Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools, ensuring optimal timing for maximum impact.
  • Analyze performance metrics (engagement, click‑through rates, follower growth) and produce weekly reports with actionable insights.
  • Mentor junior content creators, providing feedback on design, storytelling, and best practices.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints while experimenting with fresh, innovative formats.
  • Engage with the community by responding to comments, messages, and user‑generated content in a timely, authentic manner.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a higher degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Age limit: up to 35 years old.
  • Gender: open to all genders.
  • At least 1 year of hands‑on experience managing social media accounts for brands or agencies.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Lightroom) and Canva.
  • Strong visual sense, creativity, and ability to generate fresh content ideas that align with market trends.
  • Excellent written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated discipline, responsibility, and a proactive work ethic.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Adaptability to fast‑changing digital environments and willingness to learn new platforms and tools.
