Introduction
We are a leading facilities‑management provider based in Temanggung, dedicated to delivering a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our clients across commercial, industrial, and public sectors. We are currently expanding our on‑site cleaning team and are looking for motivated individuals to join us as Cleaning Service Operatives. Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of assigned areas, including offices, lobbies, restrooms, and common spaces.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors using appropriate equipment and cleaning agents.
- Collect and dispose of waste in accordance with local regulations and company sustainability policies.
- Monitor and replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper, and report low inventory to the supervisor.
- Perform routine inspections to identify any maintenance issues (e.g., spills, broken fixtures) and communicate them promptly.
- Adhere to health, safety, and infection‑control standards, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Document daily activities and any incidents in the electronic logbook to ensure traceability.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve high‑quality service standards and respond to special cleaning requests.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates only, aged 35 years or younger.
- No prior experience required, although previous cleaning or hospitality experience is considered a strong advantage.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 kg for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high hygiene standards.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude toward teamwork.
- Basic communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; the ability to follow written instructions and report issues clearly.
- Willingness to work six days a week (Monday‑Saturday) from 08:00 to 16:00.
