Introduction

We are currently expanding our team and invite motivated individuals to join us in four key positions: Baby Sitter, Nanny, Asisten Rumah Tangga (ART), and Perawat Lansia (Elderly Caregiver). Responsibilities

Baby Sitter (Children 0‑1 year)

• Provide full‑time care for infants, ensuring safety and comfort at all times.
• Prepare formula, breast‑milk, and age‑appropriate solid foods (MPASI) according to parents’ instructions.
• Change diapers promptly and maintain impeccable hygiene standards.
• Establish and follow a consistent sleep schedule, soothing the baby to rest.
• Monitor basic health indicators such as temperature, feeding patterns, and diaper output, and report any concerns.

Nanny (Children 1‑10 years)

• Supervise daily activities, playtime, and outdoor outings for school‑age children.
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks, respecting any dietary restrictions.
• Assist with homework, basic literacy and numeracy exercises, and encourage a love of learning.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment in the children’s rooms and play areas.
• Communicate regularly with parents about progress, behavior, and any incidents.

Asisten Rumah Tangga (ART)

• Perform routine house cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, and floor polishing.
• Laundry duties including washing, drying, ironing, and proper garment care.
• Prepare simple, balanced meals and assist with kitchen organization.
• Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms, kitchen, and common areas.
• Work independently while adhering to the household’s schedule and standards.

Perawat Lansia (Elderly Caregiver)

• Assist seniors with daily living activities such as feeding, bathing, and dressing.
• Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support.
• Administer medication reminders and track consumption as directed by family.
• Ensure the living space is safe, tidy, and comfortable.
• Observe health changes and promptly report to family or medical personnel.

Requirements

• Female candidates, maximum age of 40 years.
• Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
• At least one (1) year of relevant experience for the specific position applied.
• Good physical and mental health; ability to perform duties without strain.
• Active KTP (Indonesian identity card).
• Willingness to reside in the company‑provided mess facility.
• Core soft skills: patience, empathy, strong communication, reliability, and attention to detail.
• For Baby Sitter and Nanny roles – a genuine love for children and basic knowledge of child development stages.
• For Perawat Lansia – high empathy and prior experience caring for the elderly is a plus.

• Standard working hours: 08:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday (exact schedule to be confirmed).
