Introduction

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer‑focused individuals to join our retail outlet as Staff Crew – Sales and Customer Service. This role is pivotal in delivering an outstanding shopping experience, driving sales, and representing the brand with professionalism. The position is based at our flagship store and operates six days a week, offering a dynamic environment where teamwork, adaptability, and a passion for service are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly, assess their needs, and provide knowledgeable product recommendations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays.
  • Process transactions accurately using the store’s point‑of‑sale (POS) system, handling cash, credit, and digital payments.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Participate in regular product training sessions to stay current on features, promotions, and inventory changes.
  • Monitor inventory levels, report stock discrepancies, and assist with receiving deliveries.
  • Uphold company policies on safety, loss prevention, and ethical conduct at all times.
  • Contribute ideas for improving store operations, visual merchandising, and customer engagement.
  • Work efficiently under high‑traffic periods, maintaining composure and delivering consistent service quality.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age: 18–30 years old.
  • All genders are welcome to apply.
  • No prior experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Willingness to undergo comprehensive training on product knowledge and store management systems.
  • Strong teamwork orientation with the ability to cooperate effectively with colleagues.
  • Ability to work under pressure, especially during peak shopping hours and promotional events.
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English is a plus.
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications and a willingness to learn the store’s Management System (Sistem Manajemen Toko).
  • Professional appearance, punctuality, and a customer‑first attitude.
