Responsibilities
- Accurately process cash, credit, and electronic transactions using the point‑of‑sale (POS) system.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked front counter, ensuring all promotional materials are displayed correctly.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies while maintaining a courteous demeanor.
- Balance cash drawers at the beginning and end of each shift, preparing detailed reports for management.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including securing cash, reconciling sales data, and preparing the register for the next day.
- Collaborate with floor staff to resolve customer concerns swiftly, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, POS upgrades, and customer service best practices.
- Promote loyalty programs, special offers, and cross‑sell complementary items to increase average transaction value.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards, ensuring a safe environment for both customers and team members.
Requirements
- Age: 18‑30 years (both male and female applicants are welcome).
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Physical & mental fitness: Ability to stand for extended periods and handle the mental demands of a busy retail floor.
- Professional appearance: Clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
- Shift flexibility: Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends.
