Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly, present menus, and answer questions about dishes, specials, and beverage offerings.
  • Take accurate food and drink orders using handheld POS devices, ensuring all modifications and dietary restrictions are noted.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to relay orders promptly and address any special preparation requests.
  • Serve meals and beverages in a timely and courteous manner, checking back frequently to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain clean and organized dining areas, including setting and resetting tables, polishing glassware, and restocking utensils.
  • Handle cash transactions, process credit card payments, and prepare accurate end‑of‑shift reports.
  • Respond to guest complaints or concerns with professionalism, seeking to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with fellow team members, including hosts, bartenders, and kitchen crew, to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
  • Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation standards, including proper food handling and hygiene protocols.
  • Participate in regular briefings and training sessions to stay updated on menu changes, promotional events, and service standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Open to all genders; both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Prior experience in waitstaff or a related hospitality role is preferred, though we also consider motivated newcomers.
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Demonstrated honesty, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Capacity to remain composed and deliver high‑quality service under pressure, especially during busy service periods.
  • Basic knowledge of operating kitchen equipment and familiarity with standard restaurant tools.
  • Flexibility to work a schedule of Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, with occasional overtime during special events.
