Introduction
We are seeking motivated individuals for the position of Operator Sortir Gudang Ekspedisi Bandung DC. This role is based in our busy distribution center in Bandung and involves handling parcels efficiently to ensure timely deliveries across various routes and service categories. The work schedule runs Monday through Sunday, from 08:00 to 17:00, with shift flexibility required to meet peak‑time demands. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess a valid KTP and KK, and be in good physical and mental health.
Responsibilities
- Sort packages accurately based on destination routes, geographic zones, and service level categories (e.g., standard, express, cash‑on‑delivery).
- Perform inbound and outbound barcode scanning using company‑approved handheld devices, ensuring each scan complies with standard operating procedures.
- Assist with loading and unloading activities, moving goods safely from delivery trucks to the warehouse staging area.
- Organize sorted parcels on designated racks, shelves, or baskets, keeping each zone clearly labeled for easy retrieval.
- Inspect parcels for damage, incorrect labeling, or missing documentation and promptly report any discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean, orderly work environment, adhering to all safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily throughput targets and uphold service level agreements.
- Participate in periodic inventory checks and assist in cycle‑count activities to support accurate stock records.
- Utilize the company’s mobile application (minimum 4 GB RAM Android device) for real‑time task updates and communication.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Age: 18 – 45 years old (maximum 45).
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Documented identity: Valid KTP and KK.
- Technology: Own an Android smartphone with at least 4 GB RAM for app downloads.
- Banking: Possess a personal bank account for salary deposits.
- Health: Physically fit and mentally sound to handle manual loading tasks.
- Shift availability: Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends.
- Experience: Prior warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Soft skills: Strong attention to detail, reliable attendance, good teamwork, basic communication in Bahasa Indonesia, and a proactive attitude toward safety.
- Dress code: Short‑sleeve collared‑less T‑shirt, short or drawstring pants without pockets, and closed‑toe shoes.
