Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of espresso‑based drinks, brewed coffees, teas, and specialty beverages according to company recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work station, ensuring all equipment (espresso machines, grinders, brewers, and steam wands) is calibrated and serviced daily.
- Engage with customers, taking orders accurately, offering product recommendations, and handling payments through POS systems.
- Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, teas, milk, syrups, and other supplies; restock as needed and notify management of low stock.
- Adhere to food safety and health regulations, performing regular cleaning cycles and proper waste disposal.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow during peak hours, assisting with opening and closing procedures.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay current with emerging coffee trends, new brewing methods, and seasonal menu innovations.
- Contribute creative ideas for new drink concepts, promotional events, and store layout enhancements.
- Provide mentorship to junior staff, sharing best practices in beverage preparation and customer service.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: Female (per company policy).
- Maximum age: 30 years.
- Strong verbal communication skills; ability to convey menu details clearly.
- Demonstrated teamwork – comfortable collaborating with diverse staff members.
- High energy, creativity, and a proactive attitude.
- Quick, precise, and skilled hand‑eye coordination for fast‑paced drink preparation.
- Basic math proficiency for handling cash transactions.
