Introduction
We are seeking enthusiastic and compassionate Professional Health Therapists to join our expanding rehabilitation team. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality therapeutic services to patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions. Responsibilities
- Conduct initial patient assessments to determine functional abilities and rehabilitation needs.
- Design and implement individualized therapy plans, including exercises, manual techniques, and use of assistive devices.
- Monitor patient progress daily, documenting outcomes and adjusting treatment protocols as necessary.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other allied health professionals to ensure integrated care.
- Educate patients and their families on home‑care exercises, injury prevention, and lifestyle modifications.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized therapy workspace in compliance with hygiene standards.
- Participate in regular training sessions and workshops to stay current with the latest rehabilitation techniques.
- Assist in the preparation of reports for insurance claims and internal quality‑assurance audits.
- Provide emotional support and motivation to encourage patient adherence to therapy programs.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent; all higher education levels are welcome.
- Age: 30 years or younger.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- No prior professional experience required; fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Willingness to undergo a free, company‑provided training program.
- Readiness to be placed at any of our branch locations across the country.

- Availability to work Monday through Sunday, from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
