Responsibilities
- Edit raw footage into engaging, high‑quality video content tailored to each client’s brand voice and platform requirements.
- Perform color grading, color correction, and basic audio mixing to enhance visual appeal and sound clarity.
- Incorporate motion graphics, titles, and subtitles using tools such as After Effects or Premiere Pro.
- Manage revisions and incorporate feedback from internal teams and clients, ensuring final deliverables meet agreed‑upon standards.
- Organize and archive raw footage, project files, and assets to maintain an efficient post‑production workflow.
- Collaborate closely with videographers, scriptwriters, and the creative team to brainstorm concepts and refine storyboards.
- Adapt video formats for a wide range of platforms—including Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and corporate websites—ensuring optimal resolution, aspect ratio, and length.
- Stay current with emerging trends in digital video, social media algorithms, and editing techniques to keep the studio’s output fresh and competitive.
- Maintain strict adherence to project timelines, delivering final edits on schedule while juggling multiple assignments.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; higher education in Media, Film, or a related field is a plus.
- Proficiency with industry‑standard editing software such as DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- Demonstrated experience creating short‑form content for social media platforms (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) is highly desirable.
- Strong eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering pixel‑perfect work.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to receive and incorporate constructive feedback.
- Team‑player mindset; comfortable collaborating with creative directors, copywriters, and marketing specialists.
- Flexible work schedule: Monday‑Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
