Introduction
We are seeking a diligent and detail‑oriented Warehouse Administrator and Stock Management Specialist to join our fast‑growing logistics team. The role is based in a modern warehouse environment where accuracy, timeliness, and clear communication are essential to keep the supply chain flowing smoothly. This position is open to female candidates who possess a minimum high‑school education and have at least two years of hands‑on experience in warehousing or logistics.
Responsibilities
- Record all inbound and outbound movements of goods, capturing quantities, batch numbers, and associated documentation.
- Classify incoming items by type, brand, and other relevant attributes to facilitate quick retrieval and accurate inventory counts.
- Monitor stock levels daily, conduct physical checks during unloading, storage, and dispatch, and reconcile any discrepancies.
- Update records for products approaching their expiration dates, prioritize distribution of near‑expiry items, and coordinate with the production team to minimize waste.
- Coordinate closely with the warehouse supervisor, production planners, and external suppliers to ensure seamless material flow.
- Prepare and submit periodic reports—including stock status, distribution summaries, purchase order tracking, and damage logs—to support performance reviews and continuous improvement.
- Verify supplier invoices, obtain payment authorizations, and maintain accurate financial documentation related to inventory purchases.
- Utilize inventory management software (e.g., ESB or similar ERP systems) to maintain real‑time data integrity.
- Provide training and guidance to junior staff on proper handling, documentation, and safety procedures.
- Support cross‑functional projects such as process optimization, cycle counting initiatives, and implementation of new warehouse technologies.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in warehouse administration, inventory control, or logistics operations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite—especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Hands‑on experience with inventory or ERP software (e.g., ESB, SAP, or similar platforms).
- Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and an excellent memory for tracking multiple items simultaneously.
- Demonstrated honesty, credibility, and reliability in handling confidential stock and financial information.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with a courteous and professional demeanor.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
