We are seeking a dynamic Manajer Cabang IL Sragen (Wilayah) to lead our branch operations, drive business growth, and ensure the highest standards of service delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily activities, managing a team of Business Officers and cashiers, and acting as the primary liaison between the branch and head office.

Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operational processes of the Sragen branch, ensuring smooth transaction flow and compliance with internal SOPs.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of Business Officers (BO) and administrative/cashier staff on a regular basis, providing coaching and feedback to improve productivity.
- Develop and execute business growth strategies for the branch, setting realistic targets and tracking progress against key performance indicators.
- Coordinate closely with Area and Branch Managers to align local initiatives with corporate objectives, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Maintain high performance standards for business development activities, adhering to the quality benchmarks established by PT Bina Artha Ventura.
- Conduct comprehensive monitoring and reporting of all branch activities, preparing timely reports for senior management.
- Proactively resolve internal and external challenges, collaborating with the head office to implement effective solutions that protect the company’s interests.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, community partners, and regulatory bodies to enhance the branch’s reputation and market presence.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant banking regulations, anti‑money‑laundering policies, and internal risk management frameworks.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
- Age: Up to 35 years old.
- Gender: Open to all.
- At least 3 years of experience in micro‑finance, banking, or related financial services.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; proven track record of building productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Result‑oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and surpassing targets.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license (SIM) and a two‑wheel vehicle for regional visits.
- Proficiency in asset management, banking law, and branch management practices.
Working days: Monday – Friday
Working hours: 08:00 – 17:00
