Introduction

As a Business Partner – Staff Lapangan, you will play a vital role in expanding our reach to low‑income households, helping them access affordable credit and financial education. Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential new borrowers through door‑to‑door visits and community events.
  • Conduct thorough household surveys, collect financial data, and assess credit eligibility in line with Amartha’s underwriting policies.
  • Provide ongoing economic coaching to existing members, supporting them in budgeting, repayment planning, and business development.
  • Prepare detailed feasibility reports and present recommendations to the financing committee for loan approvals.
  • Facilitate weekly group meetings with members, ensuring transparent communication of loan terms, repayment schedules, and program updates.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, field activities, and performance metrics using Amartha’s digital platform.
  • Collaborate with the regional sales and operations teams to align field initiatives with broader business goals.
  • Participate in regular training sessions and knowledge‑sharing workshops to continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Maximum age: 35 years.
  • Possession of a personal motorbike for field travel.
  • Strong integrity, honesty, attention to detail, and a sense of responsibility.
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
  • Willingness to be placed wherever the company’s operational needs dictate.
  • Commitment to Amartha’s mission of improving the welfare of low‑income families through micro‑finance services.
  • Enthusiasm for challenges and a proactive attitude toward door‑to‑door marketing.
  • Basic proficiency in administrative and sales reporting tools; a willingness to learn new technology.
