Introduction
We are seeking a proactive and energetic Manajer Operasional Toko Retail to lead the daily activities of our fruit retail outlet. This role is pivotal in ensuring that customers receive fresh products, the store maintains an inviting appearance, and inventory is accurately managed. The ideal candidate will be a motivated male professional aged between 20 and 30, with a high school or vocational education background, a valid motorcycle license (SIM C), and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the store’s opening and closing procedures, ensuring all operational standards are met.
- Coordinate daily fruit deliveries to customers, planning routes efficiently and maintaining a clean, safe motorcycle.
- Organize and refresh product displays, applying visual merchandising principles to maximize sales and enhance the shopper experience.
- Conduct meticulous stock checks, reconcile store and warehouse inventory, and update the store management system with accurate data.
- Train and coach junior staff on customer service etiquette, proper handling of perishable goods, and point‑of‑sale (POS) operations.
- Monitor sales performance, generate regular reports, and suggest promotional activities based on market trends.
- Maintain a safe and hygienic store environment, adhering to health regulations and company policies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, ensuring swift resolution.
- Collaborate with suppliers and the warehouse team to schedule timely restocking and manage returns.
- Assist the management in budgeting, forecasting, and implementing cost‑saving initiatives.
Requirements
- Male, aged 20–30 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Possession of a valid motorcycle driver’s license (SIM C) and ability to operate a motorbike safely.
- Willingness to perform delivery orders to customers on a regular basis.
- Strong attention to detail in stock verification and record‑keeping for both store and warehouse.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic proficiency with retail management software or inventory systems.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a customer‑focused attitude.
