Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Staff Counter Salesperson to join our vibrant retail team. Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers visiting the store, providing friendly and knowledgeable assistance.
- Respond promptly to inquiries received via WhatsApp, Instagram Direct, and other social channels, following each lead through to closing the sale.
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing, and calculate customer needs with guidance from senior staff.
- Maintain an organized and attractive product display, restocking shelves and arranging promotional materials as needed.
- Record all orders accurately in the sales system, ensuring inventory levels are updated in real time.
- Assist in creating simple visual content such as product stories for social media to boost engagement.
- Collaborate with the inventory and logistics team to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
- Adhere to store policies, demonstrate punctuality, and work scheduled shifts from Monday to Saturday, 08:00–17:00.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3 or D4 (or equivalent).
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, retail, or store administration.
- Strong verbal communication skills; confidence in speaking and persuading customers.
- Excellent interpersonal abilities—enjoy meeting new people and building relationships.
- High level of personal integrity, discipline, and a “no‑drama” attitude.
- Quick response time, proactive problem‑solving, and genuine motivation to achieve sales targets.
- Willingness to work full‑time shifts, including weekends.
- Preferred: prior experience in a sales or admin role within a retail environment and basic skills in creating simple product content for social media.
