Introduction
We are looking for a dynamic Supervisor Marketing & Branding to join the rapidly expanding creative team of CV Almunawar Cendikia. This role is perfect for an energetic individual who lives and breathes digital advertising, social media, videography, and content creation. As a key leader, you will shape the visual identity and market presence of our hospitality portfolio, which includes beloved brands such as Kebab Bang Aji, Bebek Mas Mun, Haka Grill, and Roti Kukus Mas Mun. The position is full‑time, Monday through Saturday, with working hours from 08:00 to 16:30.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing and branding strategies that increase brand awareness across Sumatra, Bangka Belitung, and Batam.
- Lead a multidisciplinary creative team—including copywriters, designers, videographers, and social media specialists—to produce high‑impact campaigns.
- Oversee the planning, production, and distribution of video content, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and audience preferences.
- Manage digital advertising budgets, monitor ROI, and optimize campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and emerging social channels.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals and seasonal promotions.
- Set performance metrics, generate regular reports, and present insights to senior management.
- Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and production houses to ensure timely delivery of assets.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, legal regulations, and corporate social responsibility guidelines.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; a degree in a creative discipline is a strong plus.
- Age between 23 and 30 years; all genders are welcome.
- At least 3 years of proven experience in a creative or branding role, preferably within the hospitality or food‑service industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in digital advertising, social media management, video editing (audio/video), and content creation tools.
- Strong time‑management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; must be able to work effectively within a team environment.
- Full‑time availability – candidates must not be enrolled in any academic program.
- Proficiency with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) and basic budgeting knowledge.
