Introduction
PT. Kreatif Digital Indonesia is seeking a dynamic Spesialis Digital Marketing who can blend strategic thinking with hands‑on execution. As a Digital Marketing & Content Coordinator you will be the pivotal link between the brand’s visual identity and its online performance, ensuring that every piece of content—whether it lives on a social feed, a printed brochure, or a search engine result page—reflects the company’s high standards and market positioning.

Responsibilities
- Social Media Management: Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Monitor community interactions, respond to comments, and analyze metrics to continuously improve reach and engagement.
- Graphic Design & Visual Content: Create eye‑catching graphics, banners, and infographics using Adobe Creative Suite or advanced Canva techniques. Perform high‑quality photo retouching and ensure brand consistency across all digital assets.
- Print Production: Lead the layout, design, and production of physical marketing materials including annual catalogs, product portfolios, brochures, and event signage. Coordinate with external printers to guarantee timely delivery.
- SEO & Web Maintenance: Conduct on‑page SEO audits, update meta tags, optimize image alt texts, and ensure website content remains fresh, accurate, and aligned with keyword strategies.
- Performance Reporting: Generate weekly and monthly reports that track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rate, click‑through rate, conversion rate, and search ranking improvements.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the product, sales, and customer support teams to translate business goals into compelling visual and written narratives.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 in Marketing, Communication, Design, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, or graphic design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or high‑level expertise in Canva.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, SEO best practices, and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail, strong time‑management abilities, and the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
