Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new corporate and retail clients for BRI Finance’s suite of loan, leasing, and investment products.
- Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns in collaboration with the marketing department to generate qualified leads.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of sales opportunities, using CRM tools to track progress and forecast revenue.
- Conduct product presentations, financial needs assessments, and tailored solution proposals to meet client objectives.
- Negotiate terms and close sales while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide post‑sale support, including onboarding, documentation verification, and ongoing relationship management to promote customer retention.
- Collaborate closely with credit, risk, and operations teams to streamline loan processing and accelerate approval cycles.
- Prepare regular sales reports, market intelligence, and performance dashboards for senior management review.
- Represent BRI Finance at industry events, seminars, and community outreach programs to strengthen brand visibility.
- Continuously upgrade product knowledge and stay informed about emerging trends in the banking and financial services sector.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3 or D4 (associate or bachelor’s degree) in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Maximum age of 35 years.
- Male candidates only, as specified by the current hiring policy.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, preferably within banking, financial services, or a marketing environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
- Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for client‑facing interactions.
- Willingness to be placed at the BRI Finance unit in Balikpapan, with flexibility regarding exact office location based on domicile and business needs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.
- Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, and capable of working independently as well as within a collaborative team.
