Responsibilities
- Prepare, serve, and replenish a variety of cold and hot beverages according to company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work station, adhering to food safety and health regulations.
- Handle cash transactions, operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems, and ensure accurate daily reporting.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, answering product queries and providing recommendations.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and communicate any shortages to the shift supervisor.
- Assist in setting up promotional displays, signage, and seasonal product launches.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and uphold the brand’s reputation.

Requirements
