Introduction
We are seeking a diligent Petugas Kebersihan (Cleaning Service) to join our facilities team. This role is essential for maintaining a spotless and hygienic environment across all operational areas, including offices, common spaces, and restrooms. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while adhering to safety and cleanliness standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily sweeping, mopping, and dusting of all designated areas to ensure a consistently clean environment.
- Thoroughly clean and disinfect restrooms, replenishing supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
- Collect, sort, and dispose of waste according to company waste‑management protocols, including recycling where applicable.
- Maintain cleanliness of entryways, hallways, meeting rooms, and kitchenettes, ensuring high‑traffic zones are attended to promptly.
- Report any maintenance issues (e.g., leaks, broken fixtures) to the facilities supervisor for timely resolution.
- Follow established safety guidelines when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Assist with periodic deep‑cleaning projects, such as carpet shampooing, window washing, and floor polishing, as scheduled.
- Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies, request replenishments, and ensure proper storage to prevent hazards.
- Collaborate with other team members to support special events, ensuring venues are prepared before and after use.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates only.
- No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
- Strong commitment to cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing schedules and priorities.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that involve standing, walking, bending, and lifting moderate loads.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning agents and safe handling procedures.
- Good communication skills to interact respectfully with staff and visitors.
- Reliability and punctuality, with a work schedule of Monday to Saturday, 07:00–17:00.
