The successful candidate will support daily operations, create engaging web content, and serve as the primary point of contact for our customers across multiple digital channels. Responsibilities

  • Compose well‑researched, SEO‑friendly articles on assigned topics and publish them using WordPress, ensuring proper formatting, metadata, and image integration.
  • Maintain the website’s content calendar, coordinate with editors, and track publishing schedules to meet deadlines.
  • Act as the first line of customer support by responding promptly to inquiries via WhatsApp, direct messages, email, and other social platforms, always maintaining a courteous and professional tone.
  • Document customer interactions in the company’s CRM system, flagging recurring issues and suggesting process improvements.
  • Prepare routine administrative reports, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Excel and Word, supporting senior management with accurate data.
  • Assist with basic database management tasks, such as updating contact lists and ensuring data integrity.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including marketing, sales, and product development—to relay customer feedback and help shape service enhancements.
  • Participate in regular team meetings, contribute ideas, and take ownership of assigned projects from inception to completion.
  • Uphold company policies regarding confidentiality, data security, and professional conduct at all times.

Requirements

  • Female, Muslim, and wearing a hijab; unmarried status preferred.
  • Age between 18 and 25 years.
  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and spreadsheet applications.
  • Familiarity with WordPress or a willingness to learn the platform quickly.
  • Strong written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to craft clear, engaging articles.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, honesty, discipline, and a high sense of responsibility.
  • Fast learner with a genuine desire for personal and professional development.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
