Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit potential new partners, encouraging them to join Amartha’s micro‑finance programs.
- Conduct on‑site economic assessments of households, offering tailored financial counseling and support to existing members.
- Perform thorough surveys and feasibility analyses of loan applications, ensuring compliance with Amartha’s credit policies, risk‑assessment procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor repayment schedules, proactively addressing any delinquency issues to maintain a healthy loan portfolio.
- Maintain accurate field records, including digital data entry, photographic evidence, and daily activity reports submitted to the regional supervisor.
- Collaborate with internal teams—such as underwriting, product development, and customer service—to provide feedback from the field and help refine program offerings.
- Represent Amartha at community events, local market days, and partnership meetings, fostering trust and goodwill.
- Ensure personal safety and the safety of community members while traveling on a motorbike throughout the assigned territory.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: up to 34 years old.
- Gender: open to all genders.
- Own a reliable motorcycle and a valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM C).
- Demonstrated integrity, honesty, meticulous attention to detail, strong communication skills, resilience, and disciplined work habits.
- Either fresh graduates or candidates with prior field or sales experience are welcome; no minimum years of experience required.
- Willingness to be stationed permanently in Kota Bangun and to work the standard Monday‑Friday schedule (08:00‑17:00).
- Basic proficiency with mobile data collection tools and an analytical mindset for evaluating loan eligibility.
