We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join us as Asisten Penjualan (Retail Sales Assistants) and Kasir Penjualan (Sales Cashiers). Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and provide product recommendations that align with their requirements.
- Operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems accurately, handle cash, credit, and electronic payments, and ensure all transactions are recorded correctly.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, restock shelves, and ensure promotional displays are up‑to‑date.
- Assist in inventory management by conducting regular stock counts, reporting discrepancies, and supporting the replenishment process.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets, sharing best practices and upselling techniques.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly, escalating complex issues to the store manager when necessary.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights that help improve product placement and marketing strategies.
- Adhere to company policies, including safety protocols, data privacy, and ethical sales standards.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: up to 40 years old.
- Open to all genders.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; however, candidates with at least 1 year of cashier experience will be given priority.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to adapt to diverse customer needs.
- Proficiency in operating cash registers, POS software, and basic sales applications.
- Demonstrated responsibility, reliability, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license (SIM) is required; any relevant certifications or licenses are a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as the store operates Monday through Sunday from 08:00 to 17:30.
