Introduction

English 1 Manado is seeking a dynamic Marketing Coordinator – Strategic Campaign Management to join our fast‑growing team. This role is central to driving brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and supporting the overall sales pipeline through innovative marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a proactive thinker with a solid foundation in campaign planning, digital media, and event coordination, ready to contribute to both internal and external marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns that align with quarterly and annual sales targets, incorporating both online and offline channels.
  • Create detailed annual and monthly marketing calendars, adapting plans to seasonal trends, market shifts, and emerging opportunities.
  • Identify, cultivate, and maintain strategic relationships with local schools, tenants, and community partners to expand outreach for English 1 Manado programs.
  • Coordinate all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, publicity, public relations, and the design, production, and distribution of promotional collateral.
  • Manage the marketing budget, track expenses, and provide regular financial reports to ensure cost‑effective use of resources.
  • Maintain and regularly update the company website and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter), ensuring consistent branding and engaging content.
  • Expand the organization’s social networking presence by leveraging influencer partnerships, community groups, and digital forums.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, email newsletters, and digital ads, working closely with designers and copywriters.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Measure campaign performance using key metrics (CTR, conversion rates, ROI) and produce actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and customer service teams to ensure unified messaging and a seamless customer journey.
  • Utilize basic graphic design tools (Photoshop, CorelDRAW) to produce or edit visual assets when needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in a marketing role, preferably within the education or services sector.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; fluency in Indonesian and a good command of English are advantageous.
  • Proven ability to build and nurture relationships with external partners, schools, and community stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a customer‑service mindset and a results‑oriented attitude.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team, managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Active presence on social media platforms and experience creating engaging content.
  • Basic proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Office; familiarity with design tools such as Photoshop or CorelDRAW is a plus.
  • Own reliable personal vehicle for travel to partner sites, events, and meetings.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into strategic actions.
