Responsibilities
- Greet all clients and visitors at the front desk with a warm, professional demeanor, creating an inviting atmosphere from the moment they walk in.
- Provide detailed information on available products, treatments, and membership packages, tailoring recommendations to individual client needs.
- Handle client registrations efficiently, ensuring accurate data entry into the booking system and maintaining confidentiality of personal information.
- Manage inbound and outbound telephone communications, answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, and directing calls to appropriate staff members.
- Coordinate walk‑in client flow, prioritize service requests, and manage waiting lists to minimize wait times.
- Prepare and maintain daily treatment schedules, confirming therapist availability and updating clients on any changes.
- Operate Microsoft Office, especially Excel, to generate daily reports, track inventory, and monitor sales performance.
- Assist with promotional events, product launches, and seasonal campaigns, contributing ideas to enhance client engagement.
- Maintain a clean, orderly front‑desk area, ensuring promotional materials are up‑to‑date and the environment reflects the brand’s high standards.
- Provide post‑service follow‑up calls or messages to gather feedback and encourage repeat visits.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; D3 in any field is a plus.
- Age: Up to 27 years old, with a neat, professional appearance.
- At least 2 years of front‑line experience in hospitality, beauty clinics, gyms, or related customer‑service roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for data entry and reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
- Strong service orientation, disciplined work ethic, and a genuine desire to help clients look and feel their best.
- Detail‑oriented, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential client information responsibly.
- Ability to work Monday‑Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, with flexibility for occasional weekend events.
