Introduction
We are seeking enthusiastic and versatile individuals to join our dynamic team as Crew Toko at our flagship restaurant in Jayapura, Papua. This entry‑level position is ideal for recent graduates or candidates with at least one year of experience in the food‑and‑beverage industry who are eager to grow their skills across multiple service areas. The role offers a structured 6‑day work week with one weekday off, a clear training pathway, and the opportunity to rotate through all key stations in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
The successful candidate will become an integral part of a vibrant hospitality team that values communication, adaptability, and a strong commitment to service excellence. Working hours are from 08:00 to 17:00, and employees will receive comprehensive on‑the‑job training to master each station, from front‑of‑house cash handling to back‑of‑house food preparation.
Responsibilities
- Learn and master the full range of job duties across the restaurant, including cashier operations, server and waiter responsibilities, noodle preparation, bar service, dim sum assembly, production line tasks, and clean‑up procedures.
- Participate actively in the rolling station system, rotating between areas to ensure operational flexibility and a deep understanding of each workflow.
- Deliver courteous, prompt, and accurate service to guests, handling orders, payments, and inquiries with professionalism.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve daily service targets, manage peak‑hour traffic, and resolve any customer issues swiftly.
- Attend mandatory training sessions at the store to stay updated on menu changes, new service protocols, and safety procedures.
- Adhere to the scheduled shift pattern of six working days followed by one weekday off, ensuring reliable attendance and punctuality.
Requirements
- Maximum age of 30 years.
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least one year of experience in food & beverage service, restaurant operations, or a related hospitality role.
- Strong communication skills and an active, positive attitude.
- Good physical health with no chronic illnesses that would affect job performance.
- Active SKCK (Police Clearance Certificate) with no criminal record.
- Willingness to work a rotating shift schedule (six days on, one day off, with the day off falling on a weekday).
- Readiness to participate in comprehensive in‑store training and ongoing skill development.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team and provide excellent customer service to a diverse clientele.
