Introduction
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer‑focused individuals to join our team as Kru Penjaga Counter Layanan Pelanggan (Customer Service Counter Staff). This role is the front line of our retail operation, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, delivering exceptional service, and driving sales across all of our store locations. The ideal candidate will be motivated, presentable, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment while meeting daily performance targets.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, answer product inquiries, and provide accurate information about promotions and services.
- Process sales transactions efficiently, handling cash, credit, and electronic payments in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain the appearance of the counter and surrounding merchandise displays to ensure a clean, organized, and attractive presentation.
- Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities, recommending complementary products to meet customers’ needs and achieve sales targets.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and customer complaints with professionalism, escalating issues when necessary to ensure resolution.
- Track daily sales, inventory movements, and customer feedback, preparing reports for store management.
- Collaborate with fellow team members and supervisors to ensure smooth store operations, especially during peak hours.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and security procedures, including proper cash handling and loss prevention protocols.
- Participate in regular training sessions and product knowledge workshops to stay current with new items and promotional campaigns.
- Be flexible with scheduling, including working on weekends, holidays, and varying shift times (06:00 – 22:00).
Requirements
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Maximum 35 years.
- Gender: Female (as specified) – however, we welcome all qualified candidates.
- Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience in retail or customer‑service environments.
- Professional appearance and strong personal grooming standards.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Willingness to be deployed to any of our branch locations nationwide.
- Core skills: Retail marketing, effective communication, problem‑solving, and basic numeracy.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a team‑oriented mindset.
