Introduction

The Hub Lead will serve as the operational backbone, ensuring that every parcel moves smoothly from pickup to final delivery. This role is ideal for a proactive leader with hands‑on experience in last‑mile and first‑mile logistics, who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and guarantee on‑time delivery of shipments, overseeing the entire flow from collection to customer receipt.
- Coordinate daily activities with Warehouse, Line Haul, and third‑party logistics (3PL) partners to align schedules and resolve bottlenecks.
- Implement safeguards to minimize loss or damage of parcels, including proper handling, tracking, and incident reporting.
- Maintain real‑time visibility of all hub transactions, ensuring data integrity in the transportation management system.
- Supervise inbound and outbound processes, balancing dock capacity, loading efficiency, and dispatch accuracy.
- Lead, coach, and develop hub staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on‑time delivery rate, damage rate, and order throughput, and initiate corrective actions when targets are not met.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for senior management, highlighting trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and local labor laws.
- Drive process optimization projects, such as route refinement, load planning, and automation of routine tasks using Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- At least 3 years of supervisory or coordination experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in both Last Mile and First Mile operations, with a solid understanding of planning, shipping, and warehousing processes.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and process modeling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with internal teams and external partners.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team.
- Residence in or willingness to relocate to Losari, Kab. Brebes, Jawa Tengah.
- Open to working Monday through Friday, 09:30 – 18:30.
