Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented intern to join our Administration & Operations team in beautiful Bali. This three‑month paid internship offers a hands‑on experience in day‑to‑day operational management, data handling, and cross‑functional coordination. Ideal candidates are recent graduates or final‑year students in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline who are eager to develop professional skills in a fast‑paced environment while contributing to the smooth running of our organization.
Responsibilities
- Daily operational execution: Perform data entry, monitor ongoing processes, and ensure service or delivery tasks are coordinated efficiently.
- Timely task completion: Verify that all operational activities meet predefined deadlines and adhere to company quality standards.
- Record‑keeping and reporting: Maintain accurate logs, spreadsheets, and documentation of operational activities, and prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Internal & external communication: Liaise with colleagues, department heads, vendors, and partners to clarify operational requirements and resolve issues.
- Process improvement support: Participate in regular process reviews, identify bottlenecks, and suggest actionable improvements to boost efficiency.
- Vendor & partner coordination: Assist in scheduling, tracking deliveries, and ensuring that third‑party service providers meet contractual obligations.
- Customer service assistance: Provide back‑office support for customer inquiries, order tracking, and issue escalation.
- Administrative support: Help with filing, archiving, and preparing presentation materials for senior management meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business Administration, Management, or a closely related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and a working knowledge of English.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors.
- Self‑motivated mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Availability to work Monday‑Friday, 08:00 – 17:00, for the full three‑month internship period.
- Preference will be given to fresh graduates and candidates who are domiciled in Bali.
