Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations and sales pitches tailored to the needs of each prospect.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms while adhering to company policies and profitability goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer‑service teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales metrics; generate reports for senior management and suggest improvements.
  • Participate in regular training sessions and sales workshops to stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and product knowledge.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, forecast sales pipelines, and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and community events to promote the brand and generate leads.
  • Work independently on remote tasks while also contributing effectively in team‑based projects and meetings.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • No strict age limit; candidates of any age are welcome.
  • Open to all genders.
  • Entry‑level candidates (0+ years) are encouraged to apply; prior sales or marketing experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to listen actively and articulate value propositions clearly.
  • Goal‑oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Comfortable with both online (virtual meetings, digital campaigns) and offline (field visits, in‑person events) sales activities.
  • Basic proficiency with common sales tools and software; familiarity with CRM platforms is advantageous.
  • Preferred technical skills: ACLS, 3D Max, 3ds Max, ADC, AVR, Ableton Live (optional, not mandatory).
