We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Senior Executive – Sales Properti to join our growing team in Bogor. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue, building lasting client relationships, and promoting our portfolio of residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and nurture prospective property buyers through outbound calls, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand local trends, pricing dynamics, and competitor activities in the Bogor real‑estate sector.
  • Deliver compelling property presentations and virtual tours, tailoring each pitch to the client’s needs and financial capabilities.
  • Manage the full sales cycle—from initial contact and needs analysis to negotiation, contract preparation, and closing.
  • Maintain an up‑to‑date CRM system, logging all interactions, follow‑ups, and pipeline stages with precision.
  • Coordinate with marketing, legal, and finance teams to ensure smooth transaction processing and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Provide post‑sale support, including hand‑over to property management, addressing client queries, and encouraging referrals.
  • Continuously improve sales techniques by participating in training sessions, role‑plays, and industry webinars.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall growth objectives of the organization.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, telemarketing, or property brokerage; experience in real‑estate is highly preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to promote and educate clients about property products and financing options.
  • Proficiency in follow‑up techniques, closing strategies, and objection handling.
  • Possession of a personal vehicle for client visits and site inspections.
  • Willingness to be based in Bogor and travel within the surrounding region as needed.
  • Technical skills: MS Office, CRM platforms, and basic internet research tools.
  • Soft skills: teamwork, negotiation, goal orientation, adaptability, and a customer‑centric mindset.
