As a Field Collection Officer, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining strong relationships with borrowers, ensuring timely repayment of installments, and representing the company’s values of integrity, empathy, and professionalism in every interaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage a designated portfolio of customer accounts, monitoring payment schedules and outstanding balances.
- Conduct on‑site visits to borrowers’ residences or workplaces to discuss repayment options and negotiate settlement plans.
- Provide clear, solution‑focused communication to address any concerns or obstacles that customers face in meeting their installment obligations.
- Document all collection activities accurately in the company’s CRM system, ensuring data integrity and timely updates.
- Collaborate closely with the credit‑risk and customer‑service departments to share insights and improve overall collection strategies.
- Identify early warning signals of potential defaults and proactively propose preventive measures to management.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while representing the company in the field, reinforcing brand trust.
- Report daily and weekly performance metrics, including collection rates, resolved cases, and customer feedback.
- Adhere to all regulatory and internal compliance guidelines related to debt collection practices.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; candidates with D3 or S1 qualifications are strongly preferred.
- Age: 21 to 28 years old (maximum 28 years).
- Gender: Male (as per current operational requirements).
- Excellent negotiation and persuasive communication skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Dynamic, self‑motivated, and highly communicative personality.
- Strong interest in field‑based work and willingness to travel throughout the Landak region.
- Own a reliable motorcycle and hold a valid Indonesian driving license (SIM C).
- Basic proficiency with mobile and desktop applications for data entry and reporting.
- Demonstrated integrity, punctuality, and a customer‑centric attitude.
