Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and publish daily content on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
- Monitor social media activity, respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner, and foster community interaction.
- Maintain a content calendar, ensuring alignment with marketing campaigns, product launches, and seasonal events.
- Collaborate with the creative team to source or produce visual assets, copy, and video clips that meet platform specifications.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, click‑through rates, and follower growth; compile weekly and monthly reports for senior management.
- Conduct competitor analysis and stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
- Assist in the development of paid social media strategies, including budget tracking and ad performance evaluation.
- Provide administrative support for the marketing department, including file organization, documentation, and coordination of meetings.
- Work under tight deadlines, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organization.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Demonstrated honesty, reliability, and a high degree of responsibility.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Comfortable handling pressure and meeting strict deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Google Analytics) and scheduling platforms such as Hootsuite or Buffer.
