- Consult with clients to understand their style preferences, recommend suitable designs, and manage expectations.
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest nail trends, products, and techniques through continuous learning and training.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies, restocking tools, and reporting low‑stock items.
- Collaborate with other salon staff to ensure smooth operations, including reception, hair stylists, and management.
- Handle client payments, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate service records.

Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: Female.
- Age: No upper limit, but the training program is targeted at candidates up to 26 years old.
- Residency: Must be domiciled in Padang.
- Experience: Prior nail‑art experience is preferred; however, motivated beginners with a willingness to learn are welcome.
