Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble customer orders accurately according to the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), ensuring every meal meets our quality standards.
- Maintain a friendly and professional relationship with guests, addressing inquiries, handling complaints, and fostering repeat business.
- Present food items with proper portioning, garnish, and temperature control, adhering to hygiene and safety guidelines.
- Keep the outlet clean, organized, and well‑stocked throughout the shift, including dining areas, kitchen stations, and storage rooms.
- Assist with inventory checks, receive deliveries, and report any shortages or equipment issues to the outlet manager.
- Handle cash transactions and operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems responsibly, ensuring accurate billing and receipt generation.
- Collaborate with fellow crew members to achieve smooth service flow, especially during peak hours.
- Participate in regular training sessions and briefings to stay updated on menu changes, promotional offers, and safety protocols.
- Work flexible shift patterns, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as required by operational needs.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 18‑26 years old.
- Open to all genders; however, applicants must be of the Islamic faith in accordance with local outlet policy.
- Clean, neat appearance with a professional demeanor.
- Strong personal integrity: disciplined, honest, responsible, and respectful.
- Physically and mentally healthy, capable of standing for extended periods and performing moderate lifting.
- Willingness to work in a shift‑based schedule.
- Basic culinary and food‑service skills, including knowledge of proper food handling and safety practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with customers and team members.
