Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the company’s diverse product line to existing clients and new prospects, tailoring presentations to meet specific customer needs.
- Identify and secure orders through various distribution channels, ensuring accurate initial data collection and thorough verification of customer information.
- Prepare, review, and complete all required documentation for customer credit applications, collaborating with finance teams to expedite approvals.
- Monitor the progress of each credit application, providing timely updates and communicating approval or rejection decisions to dealers and end‑users.
- Inform customers of payment schedules, due dates, and collection locations, while addressing any queries regarding invoicing or contract terms.
- Maintain a detailed sales pipeline and generate regular reports on market activity, forecasted sales, and competitive intelligence.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings, sharing insights and best practices to continuously improve team performance.
- Travel within the assigned territory using personal vehicle, ensuring consistent coverage of all key accounts and potential leads.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3 (any major) or equivalent; candidates with a high school diploma (SMA/SMK) are also considered.
- Age: maximum 30 years at the time of application.
- Open to fresh graduates; however, at least 1 year of relevant sales or credit‑management experience is a strong advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and build lasting relationships.
- High level of integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty in all business dealings.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license (SIM A/C) and reliable personal transportation.
- Willingness to be placed according to domicile, with flexibility to travel across the Amuntai region.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with CRM or sales‑tracking software is preferred.
