Sun Life Indonesia is seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Advisor Bancassurance Elite to join our growing team in the Jakarta metropolitan area. This role is pivotal in strengthening our partnership ecosystem with leading Indonesian banks such as CIMB Niaga, Bank Muamalat, and BTN Syariah. The successful candidate will act as the primary liaison between Sun Life and our bank partners, driving product awareness, sales performance, and long‑term client satisfaction.
As a member of our bancassurance network, you will operate in a fast‑paced financial services environment, leveraging both insurance expertise and banking relationships to deliver tailored protection solutions. Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture strong, trust‑based relationships with key stakeholders at partner banks, ensuring consistent communication and collaboration.
- Design, launch, and monitor targeted marketing strategies for bancassurance products, aligning campaigns with bank objectives and regulatory guidelines.
- Stay current on market trends, regulatory changes, and new product offerings to provide timely recommendations and maintain competitive advantage.
- Conduct thorough financial needs analyses for corporate and individual clients, matching them with appropriate life, health, and savings insurance solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions for bank staff to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
- Track sales performance against monthly and quarterly targets, generating detailed reports for senior management and suggesting corrective actions when needed.
- Collaborate with Sun Life’s underwriting, claims, and compliance teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
- Participate in industry events, seminars, and networking forums to raise Sun Life’s brand visibility and identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate or Bachelor degree) in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Maximum age of 37 years; all genders welcome.
- At least 1 year of experience in insurance sales, banking, or a related financial services role (fresh graduates with strong internship experience may be considered).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Demonstrated ability to work under target‑driven environments and achieve measurable results.
- Strong analytical mindset with the capability to assess client financial needs and propose suitable insurance solutions.
- Adaptability to shifting market conditions and a proactive approach to learning new products and regulations.
- Willingness to be based in Jakarta and travel within the Greater Jakarta area as required.
