Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new customers in the Tebing Tinggi area through door‑to‑door visits, community events, and referrals.

  • Negotiate pricing, handle objections, and close sales efficiently, ensuring a smooth hand‑over to the installation team.

  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets, tracking performance against incentive thresholds.

  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to share market insights, suggest promotional ideas, and improve the overall sales process.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: 40 years maximum (flexible for exceptional candidates).
