Introduction

We are looking for an enthusiastic Officer Kredit Marketing (CMO) who is eager to launch a career in financial services or to bring fresh ideas from previous experience. This role offers a dynamic environment where you will interact directly with customers, develop promotional strategies, and support the growth of our credit portfolio.
The ideal candidate is a motivated individual, aged up to 30, with a high school or equivalent education, who possesses strong communication and negotiation skills, holds a valid driving license (SIM C), and is ready to work six days a week, from 08:30 to 16:30. Whether you are a fresh graduate or have some experience in sales or marketing, you will find a supportive team and clear pathways for professional development.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential credit customers through outbound calls, visits, and community events.
- Conduct credit assessments and explain financing options in clear, customer‑friendly language.
- Negotiate loan terms, interest rates, and repayment schedules while adhering to company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, applications, and follow‑up activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the regional sales manager to develop weekly and monthly marketing plans that align with target growth metrics.
- Prepare and deliver short presentations or product demos at local gatherings, schools, and small businesses.
- Monitor market trends in the Indramayu region, report competitor activities, and suggest promotional adjustments.
- Support post‑sale service by following up on disbursements, answering queries, and ensuring timely repayment.
- Participate in regular training sessions to improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 30 years old.
- Gender: All genders are welcome.
- Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged; candidates with up to a few years of sales or marketing experience will also be considered.
- Key Skills: Excellent verbal communication, persuasive negotiation, and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Technical: Basic computer literacy (MS Office, internet browsing) and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Licensing: Valid Indonesian driving license (SIM C) for field visits.
