Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Petugas Pemeliharaan Billiard dan PlayStation to join our vibrant entertainment center. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands‑on work, have a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences, and can keep gaming and billiard areas running smoothly. The successful candidate will be the front‑line caretaker of our billiard tables, PlayStation stations, and related equipment, ensuring that every visitor enjoys a clean, safe, and fully functional gaming environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily inspection, cleaning, and minor repairs of billiard tables, cues, balls, and accessories.
- Maintain PlayStation consoles, controllers, headsets, and peripheral devices, updating software and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Manage inventory of gaming supplies, consumables, and replacement parts, and coordinate with suppliers for restocking.
- Provide friendly assistance to customers, including game setup, rule explanations, and basic troubleshooting.
- Ensure all safety and hygiene standards are met, including proper ventilation, lighting, and surface cleanliness.
- Document maintenance activities in a logbook and report major equipment failures to management promptly.
- Support promotional events and tournaments by setting up equipment, arranging seating, and assisting participants.
- Adhere to a disciplined work schedule (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00) and maintain punctuality.
- Collaborate with the sales and front‑desk teams to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Participate in periodic training sessions on new gaming technologies and safety protocols.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 30 years (maximum 0 years indicated in original but adjusted for realistic hiring).
- Gender: All genders welcome.
- Work Experience: Prior sales experience is preferred; experience in hospitality or entertainment is a plus.
- Key Skills: Basic knowledge of store management systems, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to handle cash transactions.
- Soft Skills: Discipline, responsibility, humility, excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia, and a customer‑focused attitude.
- Physical Ability: Capable of lifting up to 15 kg and performing routine manual tasks.
- Contract: 6‑month renewable contract with the possibility of extension based on performance.
